Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a box to drop off a return?
For Happy Returns, FedEx Easy Returns, and USPS QR code returns — no box is required. Just bring the item and your QR code. For standard pre-labeled drop-offs, the package should already be sealed and labeled.
Is there a fee for dropping off packages?
Standard carrier drop-offs (pre-labeled FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) are free. QR code return programs (Happy Returns, FedEx Easy Returns, USPS QR) are also free to drop off — the retailer covers the shipping cost.
Do you accept DHL international shipments?
Yes — our Las Cruces location accepts pre-labeled DHL Express packages for both domestic and international destinations. Just bring your sealed, labeled package and we’ll ensure it’s picked up on the next scheduled DHL run.
What retailers work with Happy Returns?
Happy Returns works with hundreds of retailers including Revolve, Fabletics, Anthropologie, and many more. When you start a return on a retailer’s site, Happy Returns will appear as an option if they’re a partner.
How do I know if my return qualifies for a QR code drop-off?
When you initiate a return on the retailer’s website, they will offer available return methods. If Happy Returns, FedEx Easy Returns, or USPS QR is listed, you can use our store. Just select it and follow the prompts to get your QR code.
Do you accept Amazon returns?
Yes — Amazon returns can be dropped off via USPS QR code or UPS (Happy Returns, where applicable). Select USPS or UPS as your return carrier in the Amazon returns portal and bring your QR code to our store.
What are your hours for drop-offs?
Drop-offs are accepted during all regular business hours. Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–3 PM. No appointment needed — just walk in.
